Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Size, Color, & Quality Issues

  • If the customer receives the wrong size or color, we will unconditionally refund or resend the order.

  • If the customer orders the wrong size or color, they will be responsible for the return.

  • If the product has any quality defects or severe damage, we will refund or resend it unconditionally.


Shipping & Logistics Issues

  • Lost Package: If a package is lost, we will verify its status with the logistics provider and either resend the package or issue a refund.

  • Delayed Shipping: If shipping takes longer than 20 days, and the customer is unable to wait, we will offer a refund or resend.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is automatically returned due to the customer not retrieving it, we will resend or refund the order.


Address & Delivery Issues

  • If an address is incorrect, it can be modified before shipping. Once shipped, it cannot be changed, and the customer will be responsible for the incorrect address.

  • If the customer provides the wrong address, resulting in non-delivery, the customer assumes responsibility.

  • If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to our error, we will refund or resend it unconditionally.

  • If a package reaches the local area but the address is unclear, the customer must contact their local logistics provider (e.g., USPS) to retrieve the package.
